Challenge

Google is no longer unique in regards to its pay scale in the the industry, and they must compete to attract top-level talent. They asked for a recruitment campaign that not only alluded to their renowned benefits but also appealed to the higher purpose in keeping users safe on the internet.

Solution

What do you make in a day? This platform worked as an internal rallying cry for employee retention and also a dynamic copy construction that allowed us to advertise complex technical roles and distinguished Google’s company mantra: Do no evil.
